All the room rates are given in the website is Room only. Breakfast is not included.
Please note that check-in and check-out time is 12 noon. In case you want to check in early in the morning, you need to include a previous date on your reservation and advise us your arrival time.
The balance payment of 90% you can pay on your arrival to the guest house by cash or Visa/Master Cards.
Airport Transfer:
We offer our airport pick up service day and night all year around, 365 days.
We arrange to pick you up and transfer you to any destination you want to go in Sri Lanka.
When you give us your name, flight number and arrival time, we will personally page your name and bring you to your destination.
The price for an airport transfer to Negombo is 20 US$ including all the taxes.
