The unit is located on the 2nd floor of a charming house on the water which has seen the likes of playwrights Eugene O'Neill & Lauren Hansberry, actress Demi Moore and novelist Ayn Rand. The unit is not directly on the water but is in a house that is on the waterfront. The house features multiple units which can also be rented if you need more space for your group. The unit has a bedroom with a queen size bed & window AC, a living room with a coffee table with pull out desk to work on a laptop, a small private deck, a bathroom with bathtub & shower, and a kitchen.
