Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

The swimming pool is cleaned once a week (Mondays) and there is a maintenance person who will visit every Mondays to put the bins out for collection. Any extra cleaning of the pool or the house during the customer's stay can be provided with additional charge.
Transfer from and to airport can be arranged with additional charge.
It is not allowed to organise any parties or gathering without approval from Villa Bella owner.
Smoking is not allowed in the house and if you smoke around the ground, please can discard of cigarettes ends in the bins.
The house must be returned to the same condition of check in otherwise fees can be charged to customer.
Amount of security deposit of 250 euros must be paid in cash upon check in by customer. This will be refunded upon check out.

The air conditioners are only for the 2 bedrooms and to ensure the bedroom doors are shut when in use.
Maintenance of the swimming pool and garden are carried out once a week.
