The villa has 3 bedrooms: A master suite of around 40m² with its bathroom, dressing room and outdoor shower, then two additional bedrooms with either 2 twin beds or 1 double bed of around 15m², each with their own shower room .
A large 40m² living room opening onto a covered veranda and the swimming pool, and a 13m² open kitchen to the dining room complete the front part of the villa, which also benefits from a laundry room and additional toilets.
Finally, the exteriors are particularly pleasant and adapted to this tropical climate, with a covered kiosk allowing meals to be taken in the shade by the pool.
An outdoor car park located just in front of the house can park up to two cars.
Equipment
Free Wi-Fi is offered throughout the house and garden.
The villa is equipped with air conditioners in the bedrooms and fans in the living room, a gas barbecue, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. The villa also has a well-equipped kitchen with an American fridge, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. The laundry room offers a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron (use on request).
For everyone's peace of mind, parties are not allowed.

Housekeeping, cleaning and maid service are included in our rates.
Christine and Belinda our housekeepers will be there to take care of you but also to provide you, on request, with additional services, such as the preparation of your breakfasts or typical Mauritian meals. These additional services will be charged extra and payable locally in Mauritian Rupee (Mur).
Tenants are asked to respect the tranquility of the neighbourhood: no noisy demonstrations during the day. Parties and parties not allowed, no noise after 10:30 p.m. If we receive complaints from neighbours, the deposit will be withheld and the tenants will have to vacate the premises.
You have to drive very carefully in the residence (max. 40 km/h)
2 parking spaces are available in front of the villa.
Deposit of EUR 150 by check or cash, returned after inventory (be careful if there is a complaint from the neighbourhood because of noise, the deposit will be retained in full)
Beautiful contemporary villa of 190 m² each, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, on a plot of 200 m² with gazebo swimming pool and garden furniture. It can be twinned with the villa next door, which also has 3 bedrooms and is practically identical.
