Welcome to my home in Vacoas Phoenix, conveniently located in the heart of the island! You'll find that getting around is a breeze, with the popular Flic en Flac beach just a 20-minute drive away. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby from my place, making it easy to enjoy local cuisine or stock up on essentials.
The space itself is a spacious ground-floor apartment featuring two cozy bedrooms, a TV room, a living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom and a parking. Transports as buses Taxis and metros are available easily near the property. There are also many restaurants in the vicinity. For sports lovers we have the gymkhana grounds where you can practice football, tennis ,volleyball and other activities. The island is surrounded with sea and beautiful beaches where people can swim, fish and do some under water activities.
The ground-floor apartment has huge space and comfort, with two big bedrooms, a cozy TV room, a welcoming living area, and a dining space perfect for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen caters to all your culinary needs, and there's a convenient bathroom as well as parking available.

1 Noise>. Respect the peace of others Do not make noise, especially after 10 pm. Do not play music loudly.
can use the kitchen for preparing their food. The kitchen ,rooms ,common places , corridor and bath room must be kept clean and tidy. . Cleaning here means dusting sweeping and moping.
3. Cleanliness is next to Godliness.
Washing machine is also available for washing clothes.
Guests are requested to close the outside gate and the building,s doors when they are going out, for security purpose.

Animals and pets are not allowed in the building.
8. Energy. Please save Energy. Extinguish lights when it is not necessary during day time. In the bathroom both solar and gas water heater are available for parking and garage is available for free.
