You have several sets of pots and non stick pans. 2 sets of kitchen knives and etc. This is the only unit in this private subdivision that has a balcony in the master bedroom. A perfect spot to read a book, do bird watching and enjoy the view of the mountain and eucalyptus trees lining in the park nearby.
