This house borders Watch Hill. You hear the ocean at night and you are one mile from the beach. The home has three bedrooms and sleeps 6-8. One bedroom has a trundle bed and you need two sets of full sheets, and two sets of queen sheets for the other two bedrooms, due to covid 19. Also due to the virus please bring your own towels.
The ocean Breeze keeps the house cool and I’ve never had to put central air in. The bedrooms have AC. Three living rooms, two kitchens, a dining room, 1.5 baths, an outdoor shower, an in ground pool.
The in law apt is not available. This has a separate entrance and My sister or I may be in and out sporadically ( We usually stay at a friends beach house) and you will not know we are there, usually we are not.
