This Costa Rican-style casa features three bedrooms, all located upstairs. We've added AC units to two of the bedrooms to make your nights cooler. Every bedroom has its own deck with views of the beach, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
The kitchen comes completely equipped, connecting directly to an exterior terrace that overlooks the beach. This means whether you're cooking or just grabbing a snack, you'll always have that amazing beach view. There's also a bathroom upstairs for easy access.
On the ground floor, you'll find a relaxing patio with sofas, and hammocks, where you can sit back and enjoy the sea breeze, and enjoy a niceBBQ. There's also a handy semi-outdoor shower and a toilet on this floor, so you can rinse off after a fun day on the beach. And ofcourse, just 20 steps away, you will find the beach. It's so close that if you wanted to, you could go from bed to the beach in minutes.
For those who might need to work or check emails, we have a 50 Mbps high-speed internet connection. If you're driving, we've got parking space for two cars in our fenced in property. And if you're in the mood for some water activities, we have kayaks you can use.
The house's location is at the end of a quiet road, right next to Punta Uva. It's surrounded by nature, so don't be surprised if you see sloths, monkeys, and birds regularly. If you need to head out, restaurants and groceries are just a short walk or drive away. This is one of the most popular beaches in the area, so the high season can be crowded beach.
