Recently remodeled, with vaulted ceilings, high quality furnishings, granite countertops, tile floors, fully equipped kitchen for cooking and entertaining, and ample bedding make this a turnkey winter home. Just bring your clothes! Watch the sunrise with your coffee from the covered patio. Monthly rental price quoted is for January thru March. (Summer rates are lower). Price is fully inclusive of all utilities, high speed internet, and DirectTV. Great on the golf course location with a short walk to the clubhouse for dining, main pool, golf shop, and health club. This gated and secure country club community has many clubs and activities to keep you busy all season. Health club, pickleball, tennis, and 27 holes of golf are available. A lovely three mile shaded walking trail is outside your front door. In addition to the country club amenities, the villa is close to many other restaurants, grocery stores, health care, movie theaters, and shopping. One month minimum rental per HOA guidelines.
