Positive: The reception area really needs renovation, as it doesn’t match the rooms at all — it feels like two completely different places. However, the room itself was exactly as shown in the photos. We stayed in a ground-floor room with pool access, as it was the only one available, and it was absolutely beautiful. One thing to note is that you need to ask for your room to be cleaned, as this isn’t done automatically. I do hope they make improvements to the reception area, as it doesn’t reflect the quality of the rooms or the price you pay. That said, the rooms are very pretty and clearly done to a high standard — they just need to bring the reception up to the same level.
