Welcome to an elevated waterfront experience designed for comfort, relaxation, and effortless living. From the moment you enter, you’re greeted by curated greenery and serene natural elements that set the tone for your stay.
The expansive living room offers generous seating and an inviting atmosphere — perfect for gathering, entertaining, or unwinding in style.
The galley-style kitchen is fully equipped for both casual mornings and elegant evenings. Guests enjoy dedicated storage space, complimentary breakfast selections such as coffee, tea, bagels, butter, jam and toast, and purified drinking water from a premium ZeroWater filtration system. (As this is also a private residence when not reserved, some personal pantry or refrigerator items will most likely be present.)
A spacious dining area with a large table (6) at the time, (if I need to add leaf for more, I can) provides the ideal setting for shared meals or intimate conversations.
The home features three beautifully appointed bedrooms and a futon for overflow guests:
• A guest suite with a full-size bed and large television.
• A tranquil queen bedroom with canal views and convenient access to a full bath.
• The luxurious primary suite offering a king-size bed, private en-suite with shower, ceiling fan, ironing amenities, and peaceful waterfront views.
•. Full sized futon that is situated in the main living room at this time but is added sleeping space for guests with larger parties. Sleeps well and is a firmer mattress. Bed linens for mattress provided for guest if needed, please message host.
Step outside and enjoy the calm beauty of canal living, where graceful birds and Florida sunsets complete the experience.

By accepting this reservation, you accept the house rules:
1) Please clean up after yourself, it’s part of the house rules.
2) No smoking inside the home at all. That is grounds for immediate termination of the rental and no refund.
3) Please place all garbage in the can or outside if possible. If not, leave them in the bag in the kitchen if not leaking. If leaking, they need to be taken outside immediately.
4) Please leave the bathroom towels on the floor when you leave and not on furniture.
5) Please use coasters on a surfaces as most furniture is real wood and requires a barrier. I have already had damage from several guests and am trying to maintain the aesthetic for all. I appreciate your consideration.
6) If you arrive within the home and do not want to stay, you must leave the home within 15 minute or contact the host within the 15 minute window to be out of the home completely. Otherwise, you accept 100% the stay and are not subject to any refunds. Just message me to see what we can do, I’m understanding and can see what we can do to make things more accommodating.
7) You understand my home is lived in, when not a STR. There are fresh foods for you, like bagels, cream cheese, and maybe milk or butter, subject to change. There will be plenty of empty areas from top shelves 1-3 + so please feel free to use them, same accommodations in the freezer. There is a new filter in the fridge as of 3/19/26, changed so drinking water from zero water is great but so is the fridge filter. My foods will exist in the lower level of the fridge and freezer, if at all, please do not be alarmed. You can use the lower drawers too!! The cabinets to the upper left and right of the stove are free range for you. Enjoy and know, I understand traveling and not always wanting to spend money eating out!!
8) If you have pets, there was a one time only pet fee, ( as long as there is no damage) if you couldn’t see it, it should have been part of the total, that doesn’t cover cleaning up after yourself, please understand, there are fees associated with the host to have to clean after you or your pet, so please pick up yard waste. I will have pet bags available to you. You can just throw them in the can in the side of the house. If not, there is 15$ per waste pick up, I have cameras and will identify your dog and pictures to VRBO for fees, including cigarettes. Please no pets on the furniture. Please crate when not in the home.
9)The garage will be locked and is not part of the rental. It is currently still being organized and is not part of the listing nor is one room in the house not included in the square footage. They are locked. The one room is just cleaning, storage and extra host needs.
10) PLEASE READ THIS ——> Guest count needs to be accurate. Not 1 person over 8 allowed. Per ordinances and city enforcement and registration as a short term rental we are not allowed to have parties or exceed the numbers we tell the city as well as what our driveway permits. If our neighbors complain due to previous guest as well, it can affect how your stay is so we do our best to keep our STR as quiet, peaceful, and not affect the neighbors at all. We appreciate that you continue our effort to keep this up and thank you so much for your time.
11) Cameras are not to be touched, removed. Damaged, or covered in any way. If they are. That too, is grounds for immediately termination of your STR stay. They are there for your safety and security.
I have professional cleaners launder the sheets and I wash the comforters in a commercial washer every time. I understand, some places do not. I guarantee, mine are washed every reservation!
Please understand, my rules are only to provide great customer service to you. I want to make easy transitions and have your stay as easy as possible and smooth. This is your time off and your time to enjoy, let’s make it smooth and seamless. I can be your professional concierge, at your service.
If you are celebrating a special event, a hard week, or just a “thank you” to your partner, please do not hesitate to ask if I can line up some wine, chocolates of his or her favorite, and can even pick up some of the best flowers and lovely vase. Some people love plants because they last forever (as long as they do not kill it! lol ).

Please know, our property does have some Florida elevation changes due to the age. If you walk in the property, please be aware, tell your party to wear shoes, there are snakes as we are in wild Florida. I will mow before you come though, so you shouldn’t see any.
The elevation changes make it risky for those unsteady and sometimes even those stable. Please be careful when walking back there. You walk back there at your own risk and accept that risk when agreeing to the reservation. There are some tables and a new hammock!
Inside, I recommend to bring slippers or non slip socks /shoes as the floor can be slippery. Be careful and wear non slip socks if you can. I Recommend not running in the house as it can be slippery. Please report any falls or incidents.
