Our beautiful, fully furnished model home is private and quiet with a secure high fence in the backyard with a view of the large Oak trees behind the home. Brownwood Square is only 8 minutes away by golf cart and the "Edna's on the Green" entertainment/food area is a short 5 minute drive. And the new, very popular "Harry and the Natives" Lakefront restaurant is a only 4 minute drive. The Water Lilly Rec Center is 1/5th of a mile away where you can swim in the family pool, play Pickleball and Bocce ball or do your workout with the outdoor workout equipment. Several Villages Golf courses are under 4 miles away and gorgeous hiking/biking trails are just around the corner.

The owners purchased this model home in January 2025 from The Villages developer in the fabulous and naturally beautiful Village of DeLuna. This is a 55+ Community but all are welcomed here. The Villages Guest Passes are available at no extra charge. Golf courses may charge a very small fee unless you opt for the $50 one-time Resident Pass.
