Welcome to this charming cottage conveniently located off Rt. 1 in a quiet neighborhood. Features include an open-floor plan with a kitchen table that seats 4, a family room with a flat screen TV and sliders from the family to the screened-in porch. The screened-in porch boasts a wood bead-board vaulted ceiling, table that seats 4 and a little bar area; perfect for entertaining. There is a bedroom with a full size bed on the main level and also a queen size bed on the lower level for additional guests. The manicured private yard is excellent for yard games and a family barbecue, and of course it includes everyone's favorite amenity, a fully enclosed outdoor shower!

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made prior to arrival (bed-making is only provided once; multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee.
