Our 1,600 square foot, 3 bedroom (the 3rd bedroom is a loft), 2 bathroom home is on 1.3 acres and is situated on the edge of a ridgeline offering amazing views of the Hermosa Cliffs and of the Hermosa Valley. This residence combines rustic charm with modern luxury amenities and superior location, as it is only 6 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort and 19 miles from historic downtown Durango.
The home features a hot tub with amazing views, wood burning fireplace, gas BBQ grill, picnic table, washer/dryer and WIFI. There is a Smart TV in the main living space (no cable - just streaming).

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
