A bright, cozy cottage in quiet and peaceful location close to the fishing harbor.
The cottage has a spacious deck and yard which backs up to woods. Downstairs is an open plan sitting, dinning room and kitchen as well as a small separate laundry room containing a washer and dryer. There are 2 bedrooms one with a King bed the other a Queen, there is also a small room adjoining the main bedroom which is equipped with a Twin bed.
There is a Smart TV in the living room and both bedrooms so you can login to your favorite streaming services as well a library of DVDs in the living room. There are books, games and puzzles to enjoy on a rainy day or cold winter evening.
A short walk along Harbor Rd will take you to the seasonal and rustic Jameson Point Lobster Company where you can enjoy freshly caught Friendship lobster and a variety
of other seafood meals. Also on Harbor Rd is Wallace's Market a general store and deli with everything you'll need during your stay from beer and wine to fresh fruit and vegetables and take out subs and pizza.
Please Note: This is an older property which has undergone extensive renovations however the bathroom and both bedrooms are located upstairs. The stairs are very steep and the cottage would not be suitable for someone who finds stairs to be challenging.
