The cottage offers 3 bedrooms and 1 bath; cable TV, wireless internet; a dishwasher and a gas grill for cooking up the catch of the day. Suissevale on Winnipesaukee offers a beautiful sand beach with barbecue area and a playground right at the beach - remember, it's just a 1 minute walk from this house! There are also tennis and basketball courts and a second playground at the Clubhouse. You are just a few minutes drive to golf and mini golf, hiking, horseback riding, amazing restaurants and so much more! Do you have a big group wanting to vacation together? PLEASE NOTE: As of 2022, the Suissevale Association no longer allows tenant use of the association beach on Saturdays. Instead, the property owner will provide a beach pass to the nearby State’s Landing Beach for guest use. Parking is available at State’s Landing Beach. Guests are able to enjoy the Suissevale Association beach on all other days during their stay except Saturday.
LINENS: Please note: Sheets and towels are not included with this rental. If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $125. Towel packages are $12 per person and include 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. Please let us know at time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.
