Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: They double booked us so we didn’t end up in to accommodation we booked for the first night. Also if we cancelled we would have got charged full rate. They also charged an additional $40 for the night they messed up. So no refund for the additional night they cancelled, and charged an additional $40. And if we walked away we would have had the cancellation fee.

Negative: I don’t understand how they can double book accommodation with so much notice. They only advised us on the day. Pointless pre booking.

Summary: Good location, beware of the $40 extra charged at the desk for their mistake
