Positive: The hotel is located in a beautiful valley with stunning natural surroundings. The environment is peaceful and relaxing, and the staff members we interacted with were friendly and welcoming.

Negative: However, communication was a challenge as the front desk staff did not speak English. Additionally, there were very few service staff available, which sometimes made it difficult to get assistance when needed.

Summary: The room amenities and services did not match the price — the hotel should offer better quality for what it charges
