This home has a wonderful split deck/porch where you can sit outside and enjoy the views and cool crisp mountain air no matter the weather. Sit under the porch if you like shade, or if you need a dry place to read a book on a misty day. Sit out and dine in the open air and enjoy the distant vistas. This home is located on Flat Top Road and has plenty of paved parking for two or three cars. Although the driveway is paved, you may need a 4-wheel drive if there is a large amount of snow in the winter. The driveway gets good early morning sun and usually clears off nicely, but can be difficult with heavy snow.
