To make this more enjoyable, during the cooler months the pool can be heated (for an additional fee). Overlooking this sun soaked pool, is a covered bar, sitting area with fridge and sink to get your grill on (BBQ/Barbecue) and enjoy a family cookout and meals. This area offers a large granite countertop where you can have 4 folks cozy up to the bar on high top seating watching your outdoor smart TV. The bar area offers an amazing covered outdoor experience with comfortable seating for 8 and dining table for an amazing backyard experience.
Inside, keep cool with 3 separate climate controlled zones and find your space to relax and stay connected with high speed wi-fi and xfinity cable throughout the house. You'll have common areas such as the large living room, porches in the front and back of the home.
