Have fun with the whole family in this 3 Bedroom Home that boasts a bright, open plan living area with American kitchen, along with a private Garden & free parking . We love kicking it back in the spacious veranda that offers sea views - the perfect place for a summer barbecue.
With its modern interiors & a touch of tropical, this ground floor home is not only comfortable, but functional.
Boasting large openings (doors) - the home allow for an easy flow between the interior living area and exterior spaces - ideal for the all year round tropical climate & life-style. Move smoothly from the Living room where a smart TV with Netflix is available and the cozy dinning area - both connected to the exterior veranda and garden. It's easy, it's all ground floor & there are not many steps so kids can play freely.
The L Shaped Veranda is our favourite place. Equipped with a comfortable outdoor sofa & an outdoor dining area - you'll catch a glimpse of the sea view (beach is 1.1km away!).
The American kitchen is equipped with everything you need.
Recently renovated, we gave this home a bright and airy touch - which makes it easy to adapt. The Master Bedroom comes with en-suite Bathroom, a walk in wardrobe & a private Veranda.
The additional 2 rooms share a common bathroom and both feature large built in wardrobes. You'll also find some toys for the kids here!
There is bedding on each bed & a set of towels. We'll leave some spares in the wardrobe! For your laundry, there's a washing machine & an iron in the laundry room.
Should you require a Travel Cot - please let us know and we are happy to provide one. When you make your booking, remember that Babies under 2 don't count - they stay for free.
All Bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is Wifi throughout the House.
Good to know: the house is located in a residential area, overlooking a park & close to a Playground. There is Parking for 1 Car in the Garden, but further cars can be parked in front of the Gate.
