Positive: For my first time visit, I selected this specific hotel, which to me was driven by how central it was to walking everywhere and that was the best part of the stay I could just leave the hotel door and be at the main grand Plaza within five minutes. There is a chocolate shop on the way there is a pharmacy there is banks everything I need and that is really nice. The hotel breakfast was scrumptious and delicious and I truly enjoyed the type of coffee that was served there. I’ve traveled around South America and I believe that this hotel has made a decision to serve. Perhaps the best coffee in South America true story.!! the chef and staff go out of their way to be courteous and even if you are there before the official opening time, they will help you and serve you and that’s what I believe. Makes a great hotel.. also the front desk reception area, staff of very helpful and friendly and a shout out to this front staff for making themselves available to help with any questions very collaborative and perhaps more from the front desk staff than you would get at a fancy hotel

Negative: To be honest, I cannot think of anything that didn’t meet my expectations. I am not gonna be looking for fault when there’s none.
