Summary: The pool area and actually most of the hotel is cold..pool water was warm and cloudy and the Hot tub was 95 degrees so not Hot. The room was fine but the bed was Hard with subpar linens..we had dinner at the very expensive steak house.. Olde Hickory. It was horrible and they even sat us in a dining room with no heat at all and said they were working on it..I sent back my Steak 3 times before losing my appetite..the next day we had the same entrees at a restaurant off the property and it was amazing. So if in the area that restaurant is a short walk and it is called The Walrus. I think if I go back to the area I will try the Westin next time.
