Positive: There was AC in the room which was not advertised on the booking. Hotel staff was flexible in allowing me to bring my friend in even though they were not booked. Offered to clean room daily.

Negative: One night I was locked out of the hotel, the door was locked and despite ringing it many times no one answered. I got lucky that another guest walked up eventually and was also trying to get in, and they called the person they were staying with who was inside and came down and let us both in. Additionally, the beds only have a thin sheet with no real blanket of any kind, and mattresses are very hard. Also had no hot water, and while I booked a room with a balcony -- the balcony was shared with another room which wasn't disclosed, and looked into a back alley/wall of another building.
