Positive: A very economical and attractivry decorated hostel with a well-equipped room in a central location

Negative: Whilst I was staying there renovation work on the roof ,just above my room was in progress which resulted in the room which had been cleaned full of dust .Furthermore at times it was very nosy owing to the drilling going on. Once that stopped the floor which I was on was occupied by a large group of very noisy American adolescent tourists who were running around and shouting until late at night. As the hostel seemed to be so large I would have expected more awareness on the part of the staff to accomodate me in a room which was far from both of these challenging situations.

Summary: Disapointing and lacking in customer care.
