Positive: This is a magical place and one of the best resorts I have been to! The staff was so attentive and went above and beyond with every request. They surprised me with a song for my birthday and booked a car for everything we asked. They always had little extra treats and surprises which was a delight. It was more than 5 star. The rooms are modern and gorgeous. The hotel is not too big and not too small, it's just right. The food was delicious and they had a very deep menu. Full disclosure, Kelapa is far from the airport and traffic is atrocious. When we arrived, it was raining and it took almost 4 hours to arrive, but it was absolutely worth it. I really can't say enough good things about them, this was just a stellar resort experience. This is easily the most romantic hotel I've ever visited.

Negative: The hotel can't control this but the drive time to get there is just terrible.
