Positive: Staff were amazing and friendly. Secure parking was great but required staff to provide access - tight entry if you’ve a big car. Rooms was comfy & clean with nice views. Nice balcony. Short but lovely drive to Laguna de Quilatoa. Half board was handy after long drive.

Negative: Two story walk up but staff were happy to help. Morning assembly from school behind the property was a bit loud but I was already awake.

Summary: Enjoyed my stay. Meals were freshly prepared & delicous. Nice views and comfy rooms
