It offers you a quaint wooded lot on a quiet dead end road with plenty of open space to play fun outdoor games or run around with the kids at the private waterfront and sandy beach. The hammock is a great place to take a mid morning snooze or swing on the hanging bench swing while watching the boaters pass by.
If you want to enjoy a day out on the water, this laid back retreat allows for easy access to rent a boat at a local marina, or bring your own boat that can be parked at the dock located on the property (dock can be rented for watercraft for a nightly fee of $25 or weekly fee of $125).
