Fully-equipped kitchen has new appliances, regular drip coffeemaker and room for meal prep. Living Room has large flatscreen, beautiful leather sectional, gas fireplace and floor to ceiling windows. Unit is on the 3rd floor with stairs for access. Free WiFi and ROKU. Private, covered deck with table for 4 can be used year round. Dining table in window nook seats 6, kitchen bar seats 2.
