Heading up to the second floor you will find two bedrooms with the master including a king size bed, mounted tv, and master bath and second bedroom including a queen bed and crib along with full bath and washer dryer. Open concept living features gourmet kitchen with large island, top of the line stainless steel appliances and lake view. 3rd floor has two spacious bedrooms both including queen beds and bunk beds with fulls on bottom to accommodate large families. The loft on third floor has beautiful lake views perfect for a yoga retreat …with two pull out couches and fun game closet. Sliding doors lead out to large wrap around porch with lake views and perfect spot to watch sunset on brand new outdoor lounge furniture and outdoor dining. Porch includes ceiling fans to keep cool and bugs away at night.
Summer/Spring rental includes use of common area beach and private beach at end of road. 2 kayaks and stand up paddle board. Beach toys and wagon. Grill for a family barbecue outside and and solo stove for s’mores and adult hangout at night. Property is in a no wake zone with easy boating or paddling to the always popular Winnisquam sandbar.
Fall/winter renters enjoy the beautiful foliage and/or views of frozen lake Winnisquam with snowmobiling, ice fishing and snowshoeing. Take a hike on the Winnisquam scenic trail or visit a local farm for apple picking and pumpkin picking in the fall. Visit Gunstock or Ragged mountain just 20 minutes away in the winter for a family ski vacation.
