Positive: Great location, comfy bed, amazing breakfast, beautiful family. Warm welcome. Had an outside shower which was great when coming back from a surf, a surfboard rack too. The aircon in our room was lovely and quiet and you could even turn off the display at nighttime which was great! The breakfast is amazing!!!! It’s perfectly located for the beach. There is a Trainline next to the property but this didn’t affect us at all the trains are not frequent and we slept really well.

Negative: Nothing we didn’t like.

Summary: Amazing Accomodation in a perfect location. Incredible breakfast. Everything we needed.
