Positive: Quiet, aside from the occasional plane flying directly overhead - I think I noticed it 1 time. It’s super clean, and my host provided everything. She is fluent in Spanish and mostly with English and has been helping me tremendously with my Spanish as well.

Negative: I love it and decided to stay an extra night.
