The 2 Bedroom private-entranced, upper level (UL) is Vrbo #92410 & connects via an internal stairwell where the shared laundry room is located. Privacy locks are present in both levels. The LL unit is 1 Bedroom with a full cypress wood/concrete block, walk-in Shower room, a Bathroom with sand porcelain tub/pedestal sink/stool, a full Kitchen with Dining/Office areas, a Family room with microfiber, pool blue love seat/chairs, a yellow leather, comfy chair with ottoman & a pinewood Entertainment center. LL Guests will hear movement of UL guests (when occupied). We are Pet (dog🐕-friendly); however, if you or your🐕are sensitive to movement of UL Guests/Pets, the LL may not be the right choice for your Island 🏝️3/30 night minimum stay Get-away. The Cottage units may be reserved separately or as the whole Cottage (UL + LL). Shared amenities include: Hot tub/Outdoor shower room/porcelain sink (on Property) & in-ground, unheated Pool (on Owners Palm🌴House Property, located behind The Cottage). The Atlantic Ocean 🌊 (Gamsmimi's 4th Ave. Beach) is a short 2 block walk. You can extend your walk by turning left ⬅️ & going 8 blocks to Front Beach🌊 to enjoy great food🦐, live music🎶,bird🕊️/sunset🌅 watching, or turning ➡️ & going 4 blocks to Breach Inlet for great food🦐, dolphin🐬/bird 🕊️/sunset 🌅 watching.
