Guests has access to the entire space. The building is shared with 2 other residences as well as a commercial space on the first floor.
-We offer 24/7 messaging but cannot always offer maintenance or staff to attend after 5 pm or before 9 am. We will do our best to resolve your needs and requests as quickly as possible once we have staff available.
-We offer just about everything you need to get started such as coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc but please understand we offer enough to start your trip and any extras you need you will be responsible for.
Additionally, there are stairs as this is a unit on the 2nd-floor.
Window units will be installed by Memorial Day through the end of Sept/ early October
This unit is not baby proofed. If you need any baby proofing for your stay please be sure to bring your own devices with you.
Weekly and monthly stays are welcome.
This unit is part of a quiet and secure building, gatherings, parties, and smoking are not allowed. Please be respectful during your stay as it is much appreciated.
