Positive: Staff was not very welcoming and friendly. Small hotel with 6 rroms and a refreshing pool. Ruined by your guys, we missed the personal touch and sri lankan friendlyness but everything else was OK. We had a good stay. Location is very good near lots of restaurants and bars and 1 min walking to the beach. We had an up grade of room which was nice ! Ac working well and we had a nice pool view. Pool was clean and refreshing. The beach was desapoinying, full of trash, and very much neglected by all the properties nearby. I did not like Arugam Bay at all. PASSIKUDA Beach is much better and beautiful.

Negative: Lack of friendliness and warmth from the staff. Bathroom Had a very strong smell of ammonia, sheets were purple not white and bad quality. Towels were thin and small.

Summary: Good basic stay in a nice e location
