The other 2 rooms are furnished with a queen and 2 twins that join with Jack and Jill bathroom and share a beautiful indoor/outdoor shower set up with a quean or 2 twin beds. All furniture and appliances are new. Fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, pool with outdoor showers next to the jungle and beach.
Playa Garza is a quiet fishing village next to Playa Guiones where the sounds of nature can be hear anytime of the day and the horses roam free on the beach. The home is nestled between protected cattle farms and this quiet local beach. This area along Playa Garza is a very private and relaxing local and non-local community where you can truly get a feel of the Tico Culture. The house was constructed 2 years ago and is a traditional Costa Rican style house mixed with a modern look that has an open floor plan living space, high vaulted ceilings, air-conditioning in bedrooms. The home has sliding glass doors running the entire back that opens to the pool/patio allowing maximum freshness and airflow.
