Sandy Treasure is an OCEANFRONT house located in the quiet community of Sanderling in Duck. The community provides access to the pristine, private beach, free access to a shared community pool, and use of the tennis and pickleball courts for a small fee (paid at the clubhouse - located 1 mile north). Sandy Treasure's entire interior was completely renovated before the 2025 season, and a new deck with a hot tub on the top deck, overlooking the ocean, providing a true luxury oceanfront experience. Complete with a newly remodeled master bedroom secluded on the top floor with a massive, custom walk-in master shower with two rain heads, hand sprayer, and large bench. Two 42" vanities provide plenty of counter space and a separate water closet for added privacy. A remodeled kitchen and wet bar will have your entire group enjoying beautiful ocean views as they sip their favorite beverage. Create lasting memories and meals on the expansive quartz counter-topped cabinets packed with quality cookware and kitchenware, as you pull everything you need from a Sub-Zero refrigerator, wine fridge, and additional drink fridge. The ocean views are endless through the massive picture windows and open floor plan in the family room that shares a space with the dining area and is next to the kitchen. Relax in front of the fireplace on a comfy sectional couch as you stream your favorite movie on the 70" ROKU TV. Leading from the kitchen is the game room, ready to create fun memories for the entire family.
