If you rent the apartment long-term, we ask that you return it in the same condition as we gave it to you. This includes replacing the gas bottle, cleaning the apartment, and replacing anything that was used or consumed. If something is broken, it must be replaced identically, or the cost will be deducted from your security deposit. Please note that we do not provide hotel services.

The washing machine is outside at the end of the small dead-end road at your right. Go under the terrace, pass the stairs, and walk to the end of the corridor where you will find the laundry room.
Cancellation
No modification or cancellation of the reservation will be allowed once the withdrawal period has expired. The amount paid for the first month of the stay or the full amount in the case of a short-term reservation will not be refunded, even partially. Additionally, if you wish to extend your reservation, you will need to make a new reservation for the extended days.
