REQUIREMENTS TO BRING: The house has all the necessary equipment, the only things that your need to take with your are: sheets, towels, toiletries (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc) and personal hygiene supplies.
PAYMENT: The complete staying payment must be performed prior to entering. Additionally, $ 18 (EIGHTEEN DOLARS per stay) must be given to the guard upon receipt of the key for a cleaning and disinfection process; While each guest must leave the place neat and their garbage collected and outside, an additional desinfection process is done to ensure that the next guest receives in the best conditions.
