Summary: The property is brand new and the rooms are decent, but the service needs serious improvement. Staff seem inexperienced, and everything moves slowly. Before arrival, I was told taxes and a hotel insurance fee weren’t included and would be collected at check-in. However, when I arrived, no one knew the correct amount to charge. With better training and clearer billing procedures, this could be a much better stay.
