The lower level has a massive, cozy sectional for snuggling up for movie night with 3 bedrooms. To sum it all up... Beautiful Mountain views, situated at the highest point within the gated community, on private cul-de-sac, overlooking Lake Keowee.
Community has a boat launch and home has a dedicated boat slip all just a 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive from the home.
The Space:
Spacious home with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for groups to gather or spread out. Comfortable accommodations with plush mattresses and a cloud couch. Grill out in the outdoor kitchen or watch the sun set from seat hammocks. Sit back and relax in the rockers, enjoy morning coffee or your happy hour cocktail.
