Summary: The check-in time was 3pm. I booked Deluxe Room at higher floor. I came in at 5.10pm and room was not even ready! I only got my room at 5.35pm but at lower floor and was not given compensation, although I have requested it. Bad service as I do not get what I have paid for. Breakfast was not superb as they want you to choose from a range. Example: eggs side. You must choose a range of egg styles. Asked for soft boiled eggs and was given hard boiled eggs.
