Snowmobile right from your front door on the statewide trails in the winter, or enjoy swimming in White Lake, or kayaking in Chocorua Lake (the most photographed lake in New England!). No matter what season you visit, there is plenty to enjoy from home and in the surrounding area!

- There is a wood-burning stove in the living room (Duraflame logs only, 1 is provided for your stay)

* We supply a starter set of amenities including toilet paper (3 per bath), paper towels(2), trash bags (10), dishwasher tabs (6), dish soap (1), a sponge (1), handi wipes (3), laundry detergent (2), hand soap at each sink, and 3 n 1 Body Wash/Shampoo in each shower are provided.
* Linens are provided. Towels and facecloths (1 per guest) are provided.
* Coffee: There is a Keurig as well as a regular coffee pot. A few K cups are provided.
* Kitchen items: The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. Spices and condiments

* All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement upon booking and prior to arrival.

* Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way :)
* No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars, and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.
* No fireworks Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10 PM to 7 AM
* Additional house rules for operating home-specific amenities will be located on the premises
* Return all keys- there is a $15 charge for lost or missing keys
* Follow check-out instructions for trash removal, where to leave keys, etc.
