The lower level of the home features a laundry area as well as a large room that serves as a media or exercise room with a couch, projector screen, recumbent bike and rowing machine. Additionally on the lower level is a private sleeping area with one twin and one double sized bed. The home has central air conditioning, a large flat yard, a spacious back deck with gas grill and deck furniture, and an outdoor shower. Centrally located in Harwich within walking distance to band concerts, the park and Mariners baseball games, and Nantucket Sound beaches or downtown Harwich Port are a short drive away.
