Unit L1211 is a spacious 3rd/top floor 3-bedroom condo offering comfort, convenience, and access to exclusive resort-style amenities. Situated right off the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers guests 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, a children's play area and a sports complex. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 15-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR you can take one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access.
Playas del Coco is just a 30-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!

There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the Auto Mercado (5 minutes walk)
PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and features ocean-view infinity pools, multiple lounge areas, beach access, and poolside food and beverage service.
The current admission fee is *₡20,000 CRC per person, per day, of which *₡13,200 CRC is credited toward food and beverage purchases** that day. The remaining balance is the admission fee. Children under 12 years old are admitted free of charge.
Payment is made *directly to the Beach Club by credit card only*. If using a foreign credit card, your card issuer will charge the applicable exchange rate and any foreign transaction fees.
The Beach Club provides complimentary pool towels, beach chairs, lounge areas, umbrellas, and shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the Beach Club.
Private cabanas are available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Advance reservations are not available for renters; guests may inquire directly with the Beach Club reception upon arrival.

STAIR ACCESS
Please note that the second and third floors of PACIFICO condominium buildings are accessible by stairs only. There are no elevators in the residential buildings. Guests with mobility concerns should consider this when selecting a property.
