Positive: The place had a good bed at a quiet location. Had the place to ourselves. Good relaxing chairs outside and inside. In general, it was comfortable . Need a car or your own transport to get there. Had appliances you can use.

Negative: The place was close to a cement factory. The fridge was in a mouldy state. Lack of hot water service, but ok with cold water.
