The house is situated on a one-acre lot that is fully landscaped. There are an uncountable variety of tropical trees, plants and fruits on this property. There is a comfortable fully covered lanai to spend your evenings watching the sunset after a day of exploring the island.
Our home is fully furnished and has everything you need to make your trip memorable. This is a one-bedroom home with a queen-sized bed that has a wonderful view of the morning sunrise. The kitchen has granite counters, dishwasher and is equipped for cooking at home. We provide all linens and towels. There is wireless internet access. The property is gated so it is private.
We do not use catchment water. We have our own private well to take care of all of your water needs.
The Jungalow's central location makes a great home base for short trips to Volcano National Park, the Hamakua Coast, Akaka Falls, Kahuna Falls, Rainbow Falls, Umauma Falls, Farmers’ Markets and a nearby Black Sand Beach. There are many great restaurants nearby in Pahoa and Hilo.
