New hardwood flooring in 1st floor entry foyer, living room and dining room and 2nd floor bedrooms/hallway. Beautiful 3 story furnished home only 100 yards from the beach. The 1st floor consists of a front to back living room, kitchen includes an electric range, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker and pantry with stack laundry, formal dining room which seats 4 and 1 full bath. The 2nd fl has a bdrm with a king bed and a 2nd bdrm with a queen bed and a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed including 1 full bath. The 3rd fl includes a 4th bdrm with a king bed and the 5th bdrm has a queen bed including a crib and 1 full bath. ALL 5 bedrooms and the living room have their own window AC. Outside features a 12' x 30' deck including wicker chairs and a heavy duty timber dining table, a shower with hot and cold running water and a wooden picnic table on the front lawn. Parking for 4 cars in the driveway. Cable TV and Internet. A security deposit in the amount of $1,500.00 is required for all stays.
