Having been a rental for the past several years, this charming 3 bedroom 1 bath home has everything needed to ensure your time spent here in South Dartmouth is comfortable & top notch, no matter what season you come. On the inside, you will find bright & spacious rooms with a pronounced coastal cottage feel, updated kitchen & bathroom as well as plenty of storage throughout for luggage & clothing. On the outside you can enjoy meals & cocktails on the back deck & patio complete with outdoor furniture, dining table, fire pit & outdoor shower. As a bonus, you can take a short walk down a shared laneway to a direct waterfront parcel that is not shared with neighbors & exclusively for guests. On this parcel you can sit back, relax & witness sunsets over the harbor from the Adirondack chairs that stare due west over the water. Guests may use kayaks provided or bring your own non-motorized water toys and enjoy the luxury & convenience of direct waterfront access that Stones Throw offers.
