The open concept living room includes a 48" flat screen smart TV. The master bedroom includes a queen size bed, flat screen smart TV, with a walk-in closet, and a walk in shower area in the Master Bath. The guest bedroom has a double bed, dresser space, closet space and a tub/shower combo in the main living area. The Florida / Sunroom overlooks the golf course and has its own heat and air-conditioning system with an eating, sitting, and extra sleeping space on a futon.
There is also a sitting area in front of the house.
Just a short distance to Spanish Springs and shopping. Close to the pool and only hot tub in the villages not in a country club.
